Disclaimer

Please don’t take this as being mean spirited or arrogant, it’s just necessary housekeeping. I have been around the court system long enough to know that some people must have some type of warning. I think it is pitiful that our country has turned out this way.

This is a blog which means there is no formal editing process. The information in this blog is provided, as is, with no warranty. While the information may be the product of a long thought process, the writing itself is not. The content is essentially as it came from the keyboard. Errors and wrong information might be corrected when necessary to address mistakes that may grossly effect the content. I may, or may not, state when changes are made. The same goes for when and if post’s are updated. The information is composed from the author’s (authors) personal experiences. I have not had any formal chef training. At one time I was a Certified Master Gardner, but I am no longer active with that group and the certification has expired. While every caution has been taken to give my readers the most accurate information and honest analysis, please use your discretion before making any decisions based on the information in this blog. I will not compensate you in any way whatsoever if you ever happen to suffer a loss/inconvenience/damage because of or while making use of information in this blog. The information, actions, views, opinions, statements, thoughts and other ramblings do not reflect the views or opinions of my employer or wife.

Comments are encouraged. I appreciate each and every reader and hope you will comment to add to the discussion. I don’t mind constructive critique. I reserve the right to edit or delete any comment which I believe mean-spirited, inflammatory or of no value to the post, discussion or this blog.  I also reserve the right to delete any comment posted solely for drawing readers to another site.

Serving sizes,  when mentioned in recipes, are based on my best guesstimate.  Helping sizes vary from one person to the next, so I will not even attempt to claim them to be exact.  I would urge you to try any recipe before cooking for a dinner party and tweak it to your taste.
